Signed out, your week saves in this browser on this device as you go, and nowhere else. Signed in, your plans save to your RaveRep account, so they are there on every device you sign in on. Plans you made on a device before signing in move into your account the first time you sign in.
Yes. Export, then Download .ics gives you a calendar file that Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook all import, as just this week or repeating for as many weeks as you choose. Signed in with Google Calendar connected, the planner inside Calendar can also put your plan straight onto your Google Calendar and take it off again.
